Serious crash reported on I-95 in Old Saybrook
Old Saybrook — Several people were taken to Yale New Haven Hospital on Monday following a crash that temporarily closed a portion of Interstate 95, police said.
The accident, reported as a one-vehicle crash by the state Department of Transportation, occurred at about 2:49 p.m. between Exits 67 and 68. The southbound side of I-95 was closed during response by emergency crews.
State police at Troop F in Westbrook had not released information about the crash Monday night.
