Montville — Town police have issued a Silver Alert Monday night for a missing 59-year-old man.

Alfredo Bell is described as a black male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5-foot-7 and weighs about 140 pounds. A clothing description was not provided, but police said Bell may be driving a 2001 Red Ford Expedition with Connecticut license plate AB92367.

Bell has been missing since Aug. 21, police said.

Anyone who may know her location is asked to call State police at Troop E at (860) 848-6500.
