Groton City
Pete Lucas, 30, of 11 High St., No. 11, was charged Monday with threatening.
Thomas J. Arnold, 47, of 189 Thames St., was charged Oct. 14 with reckless endangerment, interfering with an emergency call, carrying a dangerous weapon, interfering with a police officer and second-degree breach of peace.
Kenyari Singleton, 26, of Brandon, Florida, was charged Oct. 14 with violation of protective order.
State Police — Montville
Daniel A. Quinones, 38, of 39 Gordon Court, New London, was charged Monday in Montville with two counts of assault on a public safety officer.
Mihail Nedelcu, 25, of Mansfield Center, was charged Sunday in Ledyard with driving with a suspended license, speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Stonington
Shyanne M. Gocka, 23, of 407 Route 2, Preston, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving without minimum insurance.
Tiara Hall, 23, of 1 Thames River Place, Apt. 202, Norwich, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.
Carlos Lozada, 28, of 5 Windy Ridge Place, Waterford, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.
Isaak A. Maynard, 27, of Willimantic, was charged Tuesday with driving while under the influence of alchol or drugs, evading responsibility, reckless driving, assault on a police officer, interfering with a police officer, sixth-degree larceny and driving without insurance.
