Later this month, we'll be running a series of stories about the commercial fishing industry in our area.
We'd like to publish some of our readers' favorite home seafood recipes along with our articles about the men and women of the fishing fleet and associated industries.
Baked? Broiled? Fried? Grilled? Steamed?
The possibilities for preparing healthy and delicious seafood dishes are unlimited when you live in a coastal area where fresh seafood is abundant.
If your idea of cooking seafood centers around a box of frozen fish sticks or canned tuna, we don't want your recipe. We're looking for the best local, home seafood recipes and would love to hear from you.
