Due to COVID-19, non-U.S. citizens are generally prohibited from entering the United States from many European countries, in addition to China, Iran, Brazil, South Africa and India. In addition, some people in the U.S. may be unable to return to their homelands, such as Australia.

The Day is interested in talking to people with Connecticut connections who are impacted by continued travel restrictions, such as noncitizens abroad who can't return to Connecticut or visit family here, and people in Connecticut who can't return to their home country or visit family abroad.
