Scott D. Faille, 40, of 185 Brandegee Ave., was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with an officer, drug paraphernalia and seven counts of violation of a protective order.

Jose Rodriguez, 52, of 254 Eugene O'Neill Drive, No. 1, New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating with a suspended license, misuse of marker plates, insufficient insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Gilberto L. Bonano, 44, of 135 Poquonnock Road, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and defective head lamps.

Matthew R. Martinez, 39, of 8 Denver Court, was charged Friday with interfering with an officer, failure to have lights lit, stop sign violation, reckless driving, evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lane, improper use of markers, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements and failure to renew registration.

Orlando Rivera, 61, of 254 Eugene O'Neil Drive, Apt. 17, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility for a motor vehicle accident, operating a motor vehicle without a license, following too closely and failure to carry a driver's license or insurance.
