    Norwich teacher to discuss book at Otis

    Otis Library will host a book talk with Norwich author James Rourke on Monday, Aug. 15, at 6 p.m. He will discuss his new dystopian novel “Stone Souls.”

    Rourke has been a teacher in Norwich for 25 years and currently teaches history, psychology and philosophy at Norwich Free Academy. You can learn more about the author on his website at www.james-rourke-author.com.

    Otis Library is located at 261 Main St. and is accessible to people with disabilities.

    Copies of his book will be available for sale and signing following the program in the Community Room for this free event; no registration required. Light refreshments will be served.
