    The replacements

This You Tube thing is amazing, isn't it? Seems like every oldster rock band in the world is using You Tube whenever a member decides to retire or breaks a hip because he's fallen and can't get up.

Journey found their new vocalist on You Tube! Boston found their new vocalist on You Tube! The ex-singer of Journey found a Journey cover band needing a singer on You Tube!

And now, Steve Howe, Alan White and Chris Squire of Yes have discovered on You Tube a Canadian named Benoit David who apparently sounds just like Yes frontman Jon Anderson. Since Anderson is suffering from a respiratory illness that forced a cancellation of a planned Yes tour, and White, Squire and Howe get testy when they haven't played “I've Seen All Good People” in several months, they've signed up David for a not-quite-fake Yes tour called “In the Present” that comes to the Mohegan Sun Arena Sunday.

And consider this: though original keyboardist Rick Wakeman is not onboard, his son, Oliver, who also owns many keyboards, is playing with the band. Expect the hits and, trust me, it'll sound just like Yes.
