Aaron J. Sypher-Piper, 26, of 66 Ginger Hill Road, Higganum, was charged last Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

Christopher Mathison, 22, of 150 Iron Works Road, Clinton, was charged last Saturday with evading responsibility and making an unsafe U-turn.

Thomas Van Epps, 22, of 252 Toby Hill Road, Westbrook, was charged last Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to stay in the proper lane.

Joanne Norman, 23, of New Haven, was charged last Thursday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Nicole Lochowski, 20, of 79 Wickham Road, East Haddam, was charged last Thursday with possession of marijuana and failure to appear in court.
