Michael Ellis, 19, of 28 Squire St., was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
Mackenzy Noze, 24, of no certain address, was charged Wednesday with interfering with police.
Roujsel Hyppolite, 25, of 38 13th St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with interfering with police.
David Lacombe, 45, of 5 Houtley Road, Old Lyme, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics.
Anthony Teague, 23, of no certain address, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court and refusal to be fingerprinted.
Jose Torres, 54, of 202 Colman St., was charged Wednesday with unsafe backing, evading responsibility and failure to renew license.
