Obdulio Rosas-Rosado, 21, of 102 Riverside Dr., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and failure to grant the right of way to oncoming traffic.

Douglas J. Markie, 35, of 7 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Richard A. Lussier, 18, of 91 Pierce St., Apt. 1, Westerly, was charged Thursday with harassment and threatening.
