Tickets go on sale today for a July 7 date by popular alternative rock duo They Might Be Giants in New London’s Garde Arts Center.

Over a 41-year career, They Might Be Giants — John Flansburgh and John Linnell — have utilized wit, melody, virtuosity and a goofily charismatic stage show to build a solid and still-growing fan base.

Tickets for the 7 p.m. concert are $35-$55 and available at gardearts.org or (860) 444-7171. There will be no opening act and doors open at 6 p.m.
