Lynne Reeves signs 'The Dangers of an Ordinary Night" Tuesday in Westerly
Domestic suspense novelist Lynne Reeves drops by Westerly's Savoy Bookshop & Cafe Tuesday in support of her newest title, "The Dangers of an Ordinary Night."
In the book, two students at a prestigious Boston performing arts high school vanish after an evening's rehearsal. Two days later, one of them is found disoriented; the other is dead. It's certainly a compelling opening, and Reeves heightens the tension and possibilities with an array of characters, motives and scenarios.
Guiding the discussion and Q&A session with Reeves will be Jeanne Blasberg, author of "Eden: A Novel" and a part-time resident of Westerly.
Lynne Reeves author talk and Q&A, 6 p.m. Tuesday, Savoy Bookshop & Café, 10 Canal St., Westerly; free but registration required; banksquarenbooks.com, (401) 213-3901.
