    Event Description:
The Bill Memorial Library invites kids ages 8-12 and their grownups to a Halloween storytelling program on Friday, October 28 at 6:00 PM. Storyteller Rona Leventhal will present Haunts, Haints, and Hollers: Stories for a Halloween Eve. Listen to eerie stories of haints, dead folk, shape shifters and mysterious players while in our darkened and spooky library. Registration is required: call the library at 860-445-0392 to register or for more information.

For over twenty years Rona Leventhal has gained a reputation as an exuberant and dynamic performer who brings a cornucopia of voices and characters in a fun, engaging and dramatic fashion. Her performances of multicultural tales and original stories beautifully weaving together drama, movement, songs, and humor, encouraging audience participation, and creating a joyful sense of community!

This program is sponsored by Connecticut Humanities (CTH), an independent, nonprofit affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities. CTH connects people to the humanities through grants, partnerships, and collaborative programs. CTH projects, administration, and program development are supported by state and federal matching funds, community foundations, and gifts from private sources.
