It’s tough to settle on one dish when ordering off the Aspen menu, but I was so glad I chose this one. With its mix of pappardelle pasta, Percorino Romano, sherry-tarragon cream clam pasta and, of course, lobster, it was lushly delicious. It comes in small and large portions ($16 and $28), and I was well satisfied with the small.
