I have seen a few letters regarding possible repeal of the Second Amendment, some stating the amendment was for a time of muskets. 

Possibly it is time to roll back the First Amendment, too. It already has to a point, with some words now transformed to a crime. 

Making something illegal works well. It did a great job with drugs. Nope! Did a great job with the prohibition of alcohol at one time. Nope!

Both of the aforementioned items just made a giant industry outside of the law. 

There is no easy answer to mass shootings. But how about if we start by opening up the mental institutions again?
