It is unsettling that I have to send another letter to the editor to get my concerns addressed. I feel I have been more than fair in giving state Rep. McCarty time to respond. I re-sent my letter to Rep. McCarty and she acknowledged receiving it on May 18, 2018, “Reader wants response from his representative,” (May 5). She indicated she would respond in the near future. It is now Oct. 15 and I still have no response. 

It seems as if our representative for the towns of Waterford and Montville is only interested in attending committee meetings and working on projects that are of interest to her. 

Since I am very disillusioned with Kathleen McCarty, I plan to vote for Baird Welch-Collins.
