Return Regina Mosley to New London school board

I am writing to express my support for Regina Mosley’s re-election to the New London Board of Education. In her two years as Curriculum Committee chair, Regina was instrumental in ensuring the approval of a high school U.S. History Ethnic Studies Course and curriculum at New London High School. In addition, she was responsible for updating the 2021-2022 graduation requirements.

She is working hard as a member of the Policy Committee to ensure all policies are being updated and brought into compliance with state recommendations to keep our students safe.

Her ideas for future endeavors include instituting a parent liaison to the board, advocating for educational equity through curriculum development, and reshaping Human Resource hiring policies and practices to avoid past systemic failures.

Regina believes strongly that New London needs to bring the “unity” back to the “community.” The students are all our responsibility. Regina recognizes that we must support our kids − all the kids − and protect them. Her first term on the board has allowed her to use her voice to begin bridging the communication gaps. Let’s re-elect Regina to continue her fight to be the voice of the underrepresented!
