Letting transgender athletes compete unfair to girls

With four young great-granddaughters, the oldest in grade school who enjoys playing soccer, I worry for the future of girls’ sports regarding fairness and perhaps safety if transgender males are allowed to compete. Why has this nonsense even become an issue? Any politicians, coaches or school board members who approve of this absurdity are simply playing to their own agendas and doing a great disservice to the world of women’s sports.
