Nips and driving drunk are linked
Nips are everywhere. I have to agree with the two recent letters to the editor regarding banning nip bottles, "Don't tax nips, ban them," "Ban the sale of nips in Connecticut," (May 6). Has anyone even mentioned the fact that the people throwing these bottles out car windows onto our streets are also drinking while driving? Let’s get real and ban the sale of nips in Connecticut.
