Cheer Griswold hoops!

I thought The Day covered the Eastern Connecticut Conference (ECC) but was informed by a sports editor that local residents don't buy enough newspapers to warrant coverage of Griswold High School scores.

I guess ECC is really Essential Consumer Coverage.

I'd still like to applaud the Griswold HIgh School basketball team, especially coach Rob Mileski, who has his team playing in a tournament in Disney as a result of tireless fundraising.
