Perspective page made her Sunday brighter

I'd like to note my appreciation for the very best Perspective section (March 1) that I've read in a while. I was much in agreement with all three pieces.

"More precious grows life as the years quickly pass," by Sydney Williams, hit the nail on the head for me (I'm 85 to his 74, but he is wiser than I).

Editorial Page Editor Paul Choiniere's commentary on assited suicide - "Connecticut should again reject suicide bill" - absolutely reflected my own opinion.

Dr. Constantine A. Manthus' guest commentary, "L+M clinicians must learn to work together," was also excellent. (Anyway, I always agree with Dr. Sprecace, whose letter Manthus referred to.)

So, great job on the page - these days the news is often sad, but today, on your page, it was not.
