I would like to point out a disturbing situation in two of our Waterford Fire Districts, Goshen and Quaker Hill. The full-time firefighters in each of these districts have had their hours significantly reduced. This places an additional burden of protecting our citizens on the volunteer firemen. 

The present administration has approved this arrangement but we in these districts are concerned by this loss of coverage. Unfortunately, neither the fire chiefs nor the public were consulted while these changes were being planned. 

I urge Waterford residents to vote the Davis/Patterson ticket, so that we will have an administration that will consider and respond to the concerns of all the districts.
