Trump can’t run again

Since a fetus is now considered a person, the pregnant woman who was pulled over for using the HOV lane without two people in the car was within her rights to respond, "There ARE two of us in here." It brought to mind former President Trump's insistence he did NOT lose the 2020 election, which would indicate he has been the real president for the last 18 months, which in turn would make him ineligible to run in the 2024 election since he will have had two terms already. Anybody with me on this?
