I stand with Aundré Bumgardner because he is the embodiment of our community.

In Hartford, southeastern Connecticut is often forgotten about. Yet, we are a driving economic force for the entire state and federal government due to our dedicated working families.

I am confident that no issue will go unheard or unaddressed with Aundré in our corner. As a local elected official, we have seen Aundré connect with our local fisheries, restaurants, schools, and businesses. He is someone who listens and acts.

While others remain silent or waffle on the Supreme Court’s attack on women’s reproductive rights, Aundré has been on the front lines safeguarding access to abortion care. Organizations such as Planned Parenthood, Pro-Choice CT, and National Organization for Women have endorsed his candidacy.

As a lifelong resident of Groton, Aundré remains committed to every resident in Groton, Mystic, and Stonington. As our next state representative, we can trust that he will work hard for the community because he has already proven to understand the value of earned success, not inherited success. Aundré Bumgardner is the only candidate in the race who has put in the time and work on a local level.
