Commercial investors invest in Mystic, but the town and state government ignore Mystic's infrastructure.

Pawcatuck recently approved a one million dollar Route 1 sidewalk improvement project, Norwich received $450,000 to improve their town docks and the town of Groton plans to develop a bike path on Route 1 and previously improved Thames Street, which no one visits. What about Mystic?

John Burt and members of the Groton Town Council: Mystic needs the basics taken care of. When will you pave our streets and provide a plan versus a study regarding flooding and parking? How many more schools do you want to consider converting to an athletic complex before paving our roads?

Let's get the basics taken care of, and stop ignoring Mystic.
