Hear me out on tornado solution

Every day people who use drying machines usually add a sheet to eliminate static. The dryer is an example of how the sun strikes the earth, becoming a heating source for our rotating planet. The sun's rays excite the molecules of water so much so that they form clouds of moisture and energy. White clouds equal fair weather, darker clouds equal the more severe storms, i.e., tornadoes. The radar presentations we see on the news are in color with the red zone indicating where the most energy is. If we could drop dryer sheets on top of these clouds and tame them down, then why not?

Some Middle East countries use chemicals to seed the clouds to extract the moisture. Then, why can't we use dryer sheets to eliminate the electrical energy that threatens us. Sad to say, storms must continue to exist. I would much rather pick up dryer sheets than have to repair the damage created by tornadoes. I am deeply concerned by this, because I talked with a top scientist years ago and he explained that in his 28 years as a scientist everything I said made sense.
