Family members snap photos as students at Park Nursery School in Norwich, conclude their costume parade around the block to celebrate Halloween Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013. With costumes donned, the students marched to a steady beat of hand-held percussion instruments to be met by their parents and return to the classroom to sing.
