    Waterford Oks study of municipal complex renovation

    Waterford - The Board of Selectmen approved $325,525 Tuesday to study the actual cost of the estimated $4.9 million renovation to the Municipal Complex on Hartford Road.Schoenhardt Architects of Norwich have been retained by the town to perform the study, which should be completed by the end of 2010.
