The First Congregational Church of Branford will be having special collections to raise funds for Haiti relief efforts. They will send all money raised to The United Church of Christ who supports the One Great Hour of Sharing.

St. Mary's Church of Branford will be collecting money as an ongoing effort for relief services in Haiti. Part of donations will be sent to the Archdioceses of Hartford to suppot Catholic Relief Services and part will go to support the parish's friend, Father Rick Frechette who runs an orphange and hospital in Haiti.

St Therese's ChurchAll funds will go to Archdioceses of Hartford to suppot Catholic Relief Services.

Already, St. Mary's has rasied over $13,000. They will be having ongoing special collections and donors can also drop or mail money to the church at 731 Main St., Branford, CT 06405. St. Therese's Church in Branford will be having a special collection box the weekend of Jan. 23 and 24.
