Alpert to address Griswold Democrats

Griswold - Merrick Alpert, a Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate, will speak tonight to the Democratic Town Committee after its regular meeting.Alpert, a Mystic businessman, and state Attorney General Richard Blumenthal are vying for the party nomination to run for outgoing Democratic U.S. Sen. Christopher Dodd's seat.
