Jeff Fusco, an Uncasville-based Industrial Jet/Camera technician with Roto-Rooter, uses a high-pressure water jet to clear a clogged drainpipe to a home in Chester on Monday. Fusco gets called in when the company's plumbers can't clear a problem on their own. The drainpipe in this case, some 150 feet of it, was backing up into the basement of the home. The National Weather Service is predicting anywhere from 3 to 6 inches of rain to fall in Connecticut from the storm. Officials are watching many rivers and streams for flooding.
