Norwich - The Public Parking Commission will have a special meeting Tuesday to unveil a proposed new parking plan for downtown Norwich that would take effect June 1.

The informational meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in Room 335 at City Hall. The meeting is open to the public, but no public comment period is planned. Parking commission officials declined to discuss details of the plan. Commission Chairwoman Olive Buddington said copies of the plan will be available at the meeting.
