Reduced admission to aquarium Saturday

Mystic - Mystic Aquarium will offer discounted admissions to Connecticut residents on Saturday as a way to help celebrate the state Office of Tourism's eighth annual Connecticut Open House Day.

By mentioning Connecticut Open House Day and showing proof of Connecticut residency, visitors will receive $6 off the adult admission, $5 off the senior rate and $4 off admission for children 3-17. Children 2 and under are always free. Saturday also marks Mystic Aquarium's World Ocean Day Celebration which will feature informative, hands-on activities and a chance to learn about the role of the world's oceans in sustaining the planet.
