Norwich man charged with raping two juveniles

Norwich — Police arrested a 34-year-old local man late Saturday night after they said their investigation found that he had sexually assaulted two juveniles.

Police said that Christopher M. Disken, of 5 Grandview Court, knew the two juveniles. They said it was not a random assault.

He was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual assault, two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and four counts of risk of injury to a minor. He is being held on a $500,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Norwich Superior Court. Police sad they would not be providing any further details at this time.
