NL budget topic of meeting Thursday

New London -- The City Council Finance Committee will begin deliberations Thursday on revising the 2012-13 budget which failed at referendum Tuesday.
The meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m. at City Hall.
The committee will hear public comment on the $42.3 million general- government budget at the beginning of the meeting.
Residents are encouraged to attend and express their views.
