Norwich registrars schedule Saturday registration session for Oct. 20

Norwich – The Registrar of Voters office will be open Oct. 20 for a special Saturday voter registration session.

The registrar’s office, on the ground floor of Norwich City Hall at 100 Broadway, will be open that day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to register voters and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to issue absentee ballots.
