Connecticut Tigers to hold Octoberfest event

Norwich – The Connecticut Tigers will hold the third annual Octoberfest Saturday, Oct. 13, at the Thomas J. Dodd Memorial Stadium from 1 to 5 p.m.

There will be craft beer from around the region, a chili cook-off and live music throughout the event.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 on the day of the event. Designated driver tickets will be available for $10. All attendees must be 21 or over and be able to show proper identification.

Tickets are available at the Dodd Stadium Box Office on Stott Avenue or call the Tigers at (860) 887-7962. Tickets are also available for purchase at www.cttigers.com.

The Connecticut Tigers are the Class-A minor league baseball affiliate of the Detroit Tigers and play in the New York-Penn League.
