Norwich – The second annual Norwich Community Concert will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7 at the Jacqueline Owens Auditorium at the Kelly Middle School.

The concert is free, but donations are requested to benefit the Norwich Education Foundation’s after-school music programs.

Featured groups performing at the concert include: the American Legion Post 4 Color Guard, Norwich Free Academy Chorus and NFA Concert Band, Norwich Arts Center Concert Band, the University of Connecticut Jazz Band and the Kelly and Teachers’ Memorial Middle Schools After-School Music Program.

There will be a silent auction sponsored by the Connecticut Tigers minor league baseball team and the Spirit of Broadway Theater.
