Third annual Whaling City Fun Run & Plunge will be held Tuesday

New London — The 3rd Annual Whaling City Fun Run & Plunge will be held Tuesday at noon when runners gather at the Parade.

They will then jog along the Thames River and jump in the water at the beach between Guthrie Place and Jerome Road. Those who do not want to run but just want to jump in the water can meet at the beach at 12:45. Information about the event can be found on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/events/292544144130845/.
