Police say Pawcatuck man used beer, snow and chainsaw to collect back rent

Stonington — Police say a Pawcatuck man who was upset that a woman he was subletting a house to on Voluntown Road had not paid her rent, buried her car in snow Friday night and then waved a chainsaw outside her window in an attempt to get her to pay.

Sean C. Wilk, 32, of 3 Voluntown Road was charged with disorderly conduct after the incident.

Police said Wilk first drank some of the beer in the house and began throwing cans around before burying the car in snow and waving the chainsaw. It is unclear if the chainsaw was running at the time.
