Madsion Public Schools will be closed on Monday, Feb. 11. As of 2 p.m. today, major roads throughout the region were barely passable and side roads are largely still blocked.
Many businesses remain closed in the storm's aftermath; those considering heading out despite the unsafe travel conditions are advised to call ahead to be sure their destination is open and has accesible parking.
