Skating at Sunset Pond

This iconic winter scene was snapped at Sunset Pond in Essex. The pond and its surrounding property have been reclaimed by a small army of volunteers and contributors working quietly over the past year or more. Once in danger of becoming little more than a neglected swamp, the pond and park now provide a beautiful, scenic entrance into Essex. Info courtesy of Jim Godsman
