Norwich - The Connecticut Health Foundation will host a regional forum from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 25 to bring together partners to share its new strategic plan, which focuses on advancing health equity.

The forum will offer an opportunity for attendees to discuss what this shift means for their organizations and communities. After a short presentation from the foundation, attendees can ask specific questions about how they might work with the foundation. The event will take place at the Southeastern Mental Health Authority, 401 W. Thames Street, Building 301. Lunch will be served.
