New London - The Miss Connecticut and Miss Connecticut's Outstanding Teen Scholarship Pageant contestants arrived Tuesday to spend the week in rehearsals and preliminary competitions culminating in Saturday night's crownings of new titleholders at the Garde Arts Center.
