Norwich Winter Festival looking for parade theme
Norwich – The Winter Festival Committee is holding a contest to select a theme for this year’s parade that will kick off the holiday season on Saturday, Nov. 30.
The winner of the theme contest will be awarded $200 and will be able to participate in the parade.
Entrants should provide their theme suggestion along with their name, physical address, email (if available) and a contact phone number.
A winning theme will be chosen by the Norwich Winter Festival Parade Committee at its Sept. 24 meeting. The winner will be notified by Sept. 27.
The winning entrant can choose to participate in the festivities or designate another person.
Employees of the City of Norwich and their family members are not eligible.
