    Poppick to help 'Energize Norwich'

    Bambi Poppick of Mystic has been named to lead the “Energize Norwich” energy-efficiency program that encourages residents to save fuel and convert from oil heat to natural gas.

    Poppick brings extensive experience in non-profit outreach, having recruited members for the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut, the Girl Scouts of Connecticut and Ocean Community YMCA.

    Energize Norwich is supported by the Connecticut Clean Energy Finance and Investment Authority, Norwich Public Utilities, Core Plus Federal Credit Union, Eastern Savings Bank and SmartPower.
