Simonelli VFW announces Octiober events

Mystic — The Veterans of Foreign Wars Hugo A. Simonelli Post 3263 has planned several events for October.

The post at 60 Stonington Road will hold its monthly meeting at 11 a.m. Oct. 12. The Ladies Auxiliary meets the second Monday of the month. The Men’s Auxiliary meets the first Thursday of the month.

The monthly breakfast will be held from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Oct. 20. The menu includes juice, coffee or tea, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, home fries and omelets. The public is invited.
