Preston residents can buy books after voting Nov. 5

Preston – Residents and voters will have two reasons to go to Town Hall on Election Day, as the Friends of the Preston Public Library hold the annual book sale that day as well across the parking lot from the polling place.

The library book sale will begin Monday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will run from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day.

Inexpensive softly worn books and video media will be available in all genres. The Friends group has one of the largest collections ever this year.

Friends will be accepting donations of slightly used books in the collection box in  front of the library.
