'Black diamond' hike of The Preserve postponed

Old Saybrook — A rigorous hike of the 1,000-acre forest known as The Preserve, scheduled for Saturday, has been postponed due to poor hiking conditions and lack of plowed parking areas.
A new date has not yet been determined.
